I 3: Request and/or perform clinically relevant diagnostic procedures; laboratory,
            imaging and histopathological studies for screening, monitoring or diagnosis of
            presumptive disease; considering the patient values after counselling and briefing.
                      I 4: Develop a prioritized differential diagnosis plan for each patient seen in
            different clinical situations, considering rules of evidence based practice.

            PC Key Competency 4: Develop and carry out effective and safe patient management
            plans.
                      I 5: Justify request for consultation, provide timely and cogent responses to
            requests for consultation refer cases to suitable care centers and recognize principles of
            patient care during transition of providers or settings keeping in mind the patient safety.

            considering the physician expertise, evidence strength, patient values and resources.

            healthcare providers and/or health facilities to guarantee best health care needs of the
            community.
            SB Key Competency 2: Advocate for quality patient care with respecting medico-
            legal issues.
                      I 13: highlight the potential conflicts-of-interest inherent in relationships, including
            financial and equity participation with for-profit health care companies such as
            pharmaceutical companies, laboratories, imaging centers or rehabilitation centers.
