Faculty staff members



       The Faculty of Medicine - Tanta University has a large number of distinguished faculty members, which
       reaches the number of about three thousand members of the faculty and their assistants with a variety
       of experiences in their fields and the field of education at the local and regional levels.
       The finest medical professors with expertise will teach in this program. The selection of faculty
       members is based on several bases, the most important of which are:
       * Excellence in teaching and evaluation.
       * Access to courses in medical education and quality such as: teaching methods, leadership skills,
       solving problems, communication skills, effective training, teaching for small groups numbers,
       assessment methods (A number of faculty members obtained degrees in medical education. A large
       number of courses and workshops will be held at the Medical Education Development Center to prepare
       the required cadres.
       * Mastery of English.
                                        Training of faculty members:


       Those who teaches or trains in this program are referred as (instructors) whatever their scientific
       degree
       All participants in the educational process, the management team and supervisors will be trained on the
       philosophy of the curriculum and its mechanisms and academic standards under an ambitious training
       program that is applied in the most prestigious Western universities and there are cadres who will do
       this training in the faculty - and who passes the training of faculty members will participate in the
       program.
       The duration of the qualifying and training program for all faculty cadres with trial and improvement will
       start from January 2017 to August 2017 - to be all cadres ready to start the program with permission in
       September, 2017
       The ratio of teachers to students in the pre-clinical and clinical phase will be considered suitable for
       global standards as this will meet the achievement of program ILOs.
