STUDY OF COURSES OUTSIDE THE UNIVERSITY

                                        AS STATED IN THE BYLAWS


            Item (6)
          . Students may be allowed to study some courses at another Egyptian university (teaching similar
                                                       programs)
          Maximum of 69 certified sponsors after the approval of the Executive Committee of the Program
          and the approval of the Supreme Committee of the Program
          . The student may be allowed to study some of the courses at a foreign university with a maximum
          of 69 accredited assistants.
          This shall be in accordance with the protocol to be concluded between Tanta University and any
          other university recognized in accordance with the Rules
          And after the approval of the Executive Committee of the program and the adoption of the High
          Committee of the program and the adoption of the University Council and approval Supreme
          Council of Universities.
          Item (25): Tuition fees:
          A. The high committee of the program shall determine, after the proposal of the executive
          committee, the tuition fees and all expenses required for any item in the program and as detailed
          in the financial regulations
          B. The amendment of the study and additional expenses may be considered periodically on the
          recommendation of the executive committee after the approval of the higher committee and the
          approval of the university council.
          C. International students shall pay the tuition, registration expenses and additional expenses
          determined by the committee of the program and approved by the higher committee and the
          council of the university, equal to the value of expenses in foreign currency determined by the
          currency rate in the Central Bank of Egypt at the time of payment and provided that this currency is
          convertible.
          D. The student shall pay the tuition, the issued expenses, the examination expenses and other
          special services according to the financial regulations of the program and the new student is not
          considered to be bound by the program unless it is paid. Students are not allowed to vacate their
          parties or give them any diplomas or academic records and the results of their examinations shall
          be announced and they shall not perform any student services until after payment of the
          expenses.
          E. Any student who does not pay the full tuition fees is not allowed to attend the college and if
          there are any tuition fees are still outstanding when the student enters the exam. The result is
          blocked and no transfer is made for the next level and also can not be approved to move to
          another college and in the case of being in the final semester, it is not allowed to graduate or
          issue a bachelor's degree unless paying the full tuition fees.
          Item (26): Scholarships:
          A percentage of the total student expenses and additional expenses shall be deducted by the
          executive committee and approved by the higher committee of the program for exemption from
          expenses.
          Item (27): The Executive Committee may amend the scientific content of any course or module
          after the approval of the competent committee responsible of its teaching and within 25% of the
          original content.
          Item (28): Honor degree:
          Competency-Based Medical Bachelor Program based on the framework of credit hours system -
          University of Tanta – Certificate honors for students who have earned a cumulative grade of 4.5 or
          more at graduation provided that their assessment is not less than 3.5 in any previous semester
          and not to have failed in a course or to have been penalized as a result of practices medical
          malpractice.
          Item (29): The law of University Organization will be applied to any matter not discussed here.
