20. Article 20: Acknowledgement of Receiving of Code of Conduct

I am herby …………………………….…. acknowledge that I have received a copy of the Code
of Conduct issued and i understand all its items, I am herby confessing that I understand and
agree on the all items of the rules. I totally understand that any break of these items represent a

break of some of or all the program bylaws; as stated in the bylaws articles 13, 22-b, 22-c, and 28.

I am herby confessing that I am responsible for registering and updating my contact information
and address data, where the College can officially communicate with me. I totally understand that

any break of these items represent a break of some of the program bylaws; (article 9-a).

I understand that a breach of the Code may lead to disciplinary action, including dismissal. I
agree on all the previous articles and items. I know that the college will issue later, some

modifications of and/ or extra disciplinary actions according to the concurrent circumstances and
I am committed to follow.

In case of any misunderstanding, I have the right to submit an appeal to the related program
committee within one week of the disciplinary action. This will be discussed and explained only

by the program committees and I understand that the highest committee is the program
supervisory committee. I agree on this with full awareness that it is forbidden to share these
points or information with any extra College committees or organizations.

I confess that I understand these bylaws in English. The bylaws has been explained to me and my

guardian in English and /or Arabic. I am fully aware of the rules and disciplinary actions.
