12. Article 12: Information technology

I. Use of the Email System

a. The email system is for school purposes and must not be misused. Personal
information, such as documents, spreadsheets, databases, games, jokes and other

non-business-specific email must not be circulated via the email system

b. the mail is required to be checked daily for instructions and activities , and the

faculty consider the instructions and duties have been received by the students

once they are successfully sent by mail. Most communication is done by e-mail
and it is the responsibility of the student to check their accounts daily and be sure

their mailbox will allow receipt of incoming mail

II. Internet

Use of the Internet is for school purposes only. You are not to retrieve, distribute
or store unapproved or non-study-related material from the Internet. You must

have approved access and this is provided on an individual basis.

III. Phone use :

a. Not allowed to be used nor to be ringing or distracting others even if it silent in

certain areas as Lecture rooms, During small groups activities, Library and
Exams.

b. Fully allowed to be used with internet access whenever indicated by the teacher or
needed in certain session plans or specific courses.

c. Fully allowed to be used with regard to point of care patient interviewing,
guideline utilization and evidence based medicine applications.

13. Article 13: Firearm ,weapons, alcohol and drugs

All types of knifes, alternatives, sound guns, fireworks, or any type of firearms are
totally forbidden. Any of them mandates the maximum disciplinary and lawful

procedures that start from temporary dismissal, partial dismissal without any right

to enter the exam and up to full student dismissal.
