II. College affairs
a. The College has a wide range of committees to discuss all academic affairs.
b. It is very important that all information pertaining to college affairs, rules, bylaws
and instructions should remain within the assigned academic environment and
committees at the College. It is essential that you should not keep any official
document related to the College affairs with you after any meeting.
c. Students must be mindful not to discuss College affairs issues through personal
contacts outside of the confines of a clinical or academic setting - this includes
public spaces and on social media.
III. Dissemination of Materials & Copyrights
a. Students should familiarize themselves with the Copyright document in the
College.
b. Students should be aware that materials made available by lecturers to them are
protected by Copyright and Intellectual Property laws. Students should not take it
upon themselves to disseminate these materials.
c. The distribution of these materials via Dropbox or similar without the academic's
permission will be considered a violation of the Copyright section and students
may face repercussions as a result
IV. Undergraduate Research
a. Students must ensure they are acting ethically and with integrity with their
Principal Investigator on the agreed project/topic.
b. When working on a research project as a group, students must ensure that they
employ good teamwork practices. Should a breakdown in the group occur, the
appropriate Academic should be contacted immediately for mediation.
c. If you wish to survey other students, you must ensure the project has ethical
approval. You will need to provide this approval when asked. Students should be
aware that the College may refuse to facilitate these requests.
