                   The college will identify performance or behavioral problems and make sure that fixing
                   those problems is prompt, consistent and fair. In general, disciplinary procedures include

                   informal or formal disciplinary actions.

                          a.  Discussion of the problem;

                          c. Referral to the students counselling programme

                   2. Examples of Formal Disciplinary Action:

                          b.  Suspension (temporary dismissal).

                          d. Dismissal without notice ;(partial dismissal with prevention to enter the exam)

                          e. Full dismissal from a semester or year

                   3.  In all situations, the College will make fair disciplinary procedures including;

                          a. The problem will be described to you with a chance to provide an explanation.

                          b. The improvement plan is described, and reasonable time is given to improve.

                          c. The College must undertake an appropriate investigation before any

                              substantive disciplinary action is taken.

                          d. Oral warning usually precedes any action, depending on the misconduct type.

                          e. The process and result of any disciplinary action are recorded in writing, read
                              and signed by you (the student), and then placed on your personal file.

                          f. In general terms, no disciplinary papers will go on your file unless you have
                              seen them or have been given a genuine opportunity to see them. If you are

                              not satisfied with the disciplinary action taken, you have the right to pursue a

                              personal grievance to the administrative appeal committee.
