1. Article 1: Preamble

 The word bylaws here refer to the Competency-Based Medical Bachelor Program
Bylaws; 2017-2022.

 These guidelines (rules) are essential part of the Program as stated in the bylaws;

article 22-b.
 All the monitoring tools are applied in a triangular pattern:

 Personal monitoring and reporting by the teacher himself

 Separate auditing teams who can be present at academic and non academic
area

 Audio-video recording is also available at all the venues and their record is

considered as a document
 Student appeal is fully functioning using multiple tools. In all situations, the

student will utilize the professional way of appeal.

 Student are appealed to the course coordinator and semester coordinator
 Student are appealed to the program administration

 Student feedback

 It is totally forbidden to disseminate College or academic issues through the
social media

2. Article 2: Admission and acceptance criteria

a. All the items mentioned in the bylaws article No 6 (from 6-a through 6-g) are the
only accepted rules.

b. As stated in article 6-a; the student ranking will depend on the total secondary

school percentage, Biology course score and English score. The following
formula will be applied:

a. Total 2ry school percentage represent 50%, Each of Biology and English

represent 25%. Then the College will make a modified ranking for all the
accepted students.

c. The total accepted numbers will be determined by the Program Committee
(bylaws article 6-g)
